"The THR Toronto Video Lounge will be at the heart and center of the festival, with leading talent, professionals and industry players coming in to offer their take on the festival," THR Editorial Director Janice Min said.
Canon U.S.A. and THR also will celebrate the art of cinematography at this year’s festival, with the lounge set to host a special series of interviews with key cinematographers, directors and producers about their craft. Lounge guests will also have the opportunity to explore Canon's line of Cinema EOS products, including touch-and-try demonstrations.
Additionally, the "Canon Celebrates the Art of Cinematography" event will take place Sept. 8 at Brassaii. Established and emerging industry professionals will convene to honor the work of cinematographers whose films are represented in this year’s festival.
The THR TIFF Video Lounge also will feature Stila Cosmetics, while celebrity guests and interviewees will be offered the opportunity to get touch-ups from Stila’s top makeup artists.
