The first trailer from Equinoxe Films' Winnie Mandela biopic, Winnie, has hit the web.
The clip shows Jennifer Hudson as a young Winnie, then her wedding to Nelson (played by Terrence Howard), her reaction to his life sentence and her as an activist.
"I will continue to struggle for free and equal South Africa," declares Hudson, who speaks in a South African accent.
It’s due in theaters in 2011.
