The Nielsen Co., parent of The Hollywood Reporter, is ramping up its international ambitions with three high-profile appointments to bolster a crossplatform push overseas.

Tommaso Campione is aboard as London-based international show director, Ivy Lam joins the Film & Performing Arts division as Hong Kong-based sales and marketing manager, Asia, and Nina Arul-Pragasam has arrived as international marketing executive, also based in London.

Campione is charged with the business development and expansion of Cinema Expo International and CineAsia and will oversee the integration of other Nielsen media products and the creation of new market-facing events. Campione, fluent in French, Italian and German, was most recently international business executive with Variety. He reports to Mitch Neuhauser, vp Nielsen Film Group, and Eric Mika, senior vp international.

Lam will spearhead sales and marketing efforts for the newly opened THR and CineAsia office in Hong Kong. She most recently oversaw sales and marketing for Variety in Asia and specifically mainland China. Lam, who speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and French, will report to Mika and Campione.

Arul-Pragasam will be responsible for the marketing and events of THR and Cinema Expo International and ensure that the integration of the Nielsen brands best serve the company's clients and readers globally. She comes from Variety and reports to Mika.
