Arsenio Hall has been named host of MyNetworkTV's new comedic clip show "Funniest Moments," from Associated Television International. The series is scheduled to air at 9 p.m. Wednesdays starting in the fall.

'WILLIAMS' WORKERS

Debmar-Mercury said that director Deb Miller, supervising producer Elise Silvestri and talent booker Leanne Elias have been added to the staff for the upcoming six-week preview of "The Wendy Williams Show" on the Fox-owned stations in New York, Los Angles, Dallas and Detroit. David Vanacore will create the program's theme song.

MORE CHINESE LESSONS

Nick Jr. has greenlighted a second season of the animated preschool series "Ni Hao, Kai-lan." The network ordered 20 new half-hour episodes of the series that introduces preschoolers to Mandarin language and Chinese culture. Production on the second season, scheduled to premiere on Nick Jr. in winter 2009, will kick off in August in Burbank.

'REHAB' REDUX

VH1 said it's bringing "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew" back for a second season in October. The show will follow Jeff Conaway as he checks back into rehab. Joining him are Sean Stewart, Amber Smith, Rodney King, Nikki McKibbon, Steven Adler and Tawny Kitaen. Gary Busey, who is 13 years sober from his cocaine addiction, also will join the cast.
