Animal Planet on Thursday announced four new series at the Television Critics Assn. summer press tour at the Beverly Hilton: "The Grizzly Man Diaries" (premiering Aug. 22), "Mr. and Mrs. Wolf" (October) and two series from Go Go Luckey, "Jockeys" (January) and "Creature" (fall).

Discovery adds

Discovery Channel said that it will debut the new series "Into the Unknown With Josh Bernstein," in which Bernstein will visit "the world's most fascinating places," on Aug. 18. The network also announced "Discovery Project Earth," about tackling global climate change, premiering Aug. 22.

Two for TLC

TLC is debuting two series this summer as part of its home block: "Hope for Your Home" (premiering Aug. 9) and "Over Designed" (airdate TBD).

Sundance laughs

Sundance Channel said that it is developing a Sunday night comedy block. It will launch Sept. 7 with the six-part series "The Life and Times of Vivienne Vyle," about a daytime talk show host (Jennifer Saunders). The second hour will have an encore presentation of the six-part sketch comedy "Big Girl's Blouse."
