WEINSTEIN TO ITALY

The Weinstein Co. has signed an exclusive pay TV deal with Sky Italia to air its films there. "Bobby," "The Nanny Diaries," "Sicko" and Dimension's genre films will be included in the pact, which adds to pay and free deals for the distributor's films in Asia, France, Germany and Australia. Michal Podell negotiated the deal with Sky Italia's Luisa Borella.

'RUNWAY' sexy

"Project Runway" scored Wednesday as Bravo's most-watched season premiere, averaging 3 million total viewers in its new 9 p.m. slot. The show moves to Lifetime after this season.

'WIZARD' SETS BOW

Sam Raimi's "Wizard's First Rule" will debut the weekend of Nov. 1 in national syndication, Disney-ABC Domestic Television and ABC Studios said Thursday.

'STORM' SNEAK

Syndicator Litton Entertainment is offering stations six "preseason" episodes of its off-net series "Storm Stories" to air this summer.
