EmptyNEW EYES for 'CI'
Two new executive producers will divide showrunner duties on USA Network's "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" next season. Robert Nathan, a veteran of the "L&O" flagship and "SVU," will run eight episodes, starring Jeff Goldblum and Julianne Nicholson. Walon Green, who has been a producer with the franchise since 1992, will lead the other eight with Vincent D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe. They replace Warren Leight, who left last month to go to HBO. Tim Lea will serve as co-exec producer under Nathan, and Michael Chernuchin will be co-exec producer under Green.
Thomas Moody has been promoted to senior vp programming planning and acquisitions at A&E and Bio. He has been vp program planning at A&E since 2003. Moody will be responsible for programming, scheduling and acquisition of A&E, Bio and new company initiatives like the Crime & Investigation Network.

Waterfall Films has inked a distribution deal with Starz Entertainment. The indie production company's "Greener Mountains" will air on Starz Kids & Family beginning Sept. 8.
