Tercek to run OWN Digital

Robert Tercek has been named president of digital media at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. He will oversee the multimedia ventures for OWN and Oprah.com effective Nov. 3 and will be based in Los Angeles, with an office in Chicago as well. Tercek most recently co-founded the social media Web sites Comedy.com and PeopleJam and before that was chief marketing officer of MForma Group.

Agron in 'Glee'

Dianna Agron has joined the cast of "Glee," Ryan Murphy's pilot for Fox, as a regular. "Glee," from 20th TV, centers on a Spanish teacher (Matthew Morrison) at an Ohio high school who has the daunting task of taking over the school's glee club, which has become a haven for outcasts. Agron plays Quinn, a cheerleader and president of the Celibacy Club. She is repped by Gersh and Luber Roklin.

NAMIC taps Garner

Mark Garner, vp distribution and business development at A&E Television Networks, has been elected to chair the board of directors for the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications.
