'SNL' scores

NBC's "Saturday Night Live Presidential Bash" election-eve special averaged 14.4 million viewers and a 5.6 rating/13 share in adults 18-49 from 9-11 p.m. Monday, giving NBC its best non-Olympics performance in the time period since the January 2007 Golden Globes.

'Bachelor's' pad

ABC's "The Bachelor" will return with a two-hour premiere Jan. 5 and will air as 90-minute episodes at 8 p.m., followed by "Samantha Who?" and the new reality series "True Beauty" at 10 p.m.

Signing on

American Women in Radio & Television has signed on as the inaugural sponsor partners for The Hollywood Reporter's 17th annual Women in Entertainment Power 100 Breakfast Champagne & Mimosa Reception, set for Dec. 5.

BBC and THR

BBC Motion Gallery, the clip sales arm of BBC Worldwide, has inked a deal with U.S. producer-distributor Lightworks to distribute video content from The Hollywood Reporter.

'Hannah' haul

Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana" had its best season premiere ever at 8 p.m. Sunday, with 5.5 million viewers.
