TV Guide Network has acquired rerun rights to the first five seasons of the VH1 reality series "Celebrity Fit Club."

The channel plans to premiere the show this month as part of its late-night programming block that also features recently acquired VH1 series "The Surreal Life," "My Fair Brady," "Flavor of Love," "Strange Love," "I Love New York" and "The Surreal Life: Fame Games."

TV Guide has exclusive cable and satellite rights to 40 episodes of "Fit Club" as part of the two-year deal (VH1 also can air repeats). TV Guide declined comment on the financial terms.

"Fit Club," which features celebrities working to lose weight, wrapped its fifth season on VH1 in June. Season 5 celebrities included Maureen McCormick, Warren G, Dustin Diamond and Tiffany. According to Nielsen Media Research, the season finale averaged 2.7 million viewers -- the most in the series' history.

VH1 hasn't yet made an announcement on a sixth season of the show.

TV Guide acquired the "Surreal Life" package of programs -- its largest acquisition ever -- from Debmar-Mercury in April.
