'Transformers,' 'My Little Pony' among titlesMUNICH -- Troubled German children's television producer TV-Loonland has sold the rights to the "Hasbro Classics Library," including titles like "Transformers," "My Little Pony" and "G.I. Joe," to Hasbro Inc.
The $7 million sale will pay down "the lion's share" of Loonland's remaining debt, according to a company statement Wednesday. Loonland acquired the library from Sony BMG in December 2000.
