'Twilight's' Taylor Lautner Tackles Funny or Die Sketch

The actor will appear in a short video for the site on Wednesday, July 6.
Taylor Lautner is a man of many talents. The teen heartthrob, who plays werewolf Jacob Black in The Twilight Saga, will take on his first action role in the upcoming thriller Abduction. In the meantime, the past SNL guest host is once again flexing his funny bone.

In a new photo making the Internet rounds, Lautner is seen hanging out with several football players as he films a sketch for Funny or Die. In a tweet from Nick Jonas, we learn that Lautner has decided to go pro.
"Why is Taylor Lautner trying out for the NFL?!?" the JoBro tweeted. "Find out next Wednesday on Funny or Die."
Well, it can't be for lack of a movie career.

Earlier this summer, Lautner starred alongside Jason Sudeikis and Eva Mendes in a hilarious Hangover: Part II parody for the MTV Movie Awards. Last year, he and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson came face to face with Tom Cruise (as Les Grossman) for another MTV skit.
