Procedural comedy returns July 21 at 10 p.m.

USA's longest-running original series "Psych" has a premiere date.

The procedural comedy will return Wednesday, July 21 at 10 p.m. for its fifth season. The network has booked guest stars that include John Michael Higgins and Jean Smart, among others.

The "Psych" return comes after the previously announced dates for "Burn Notice" and "Royal Pains" (June 3), as well as "Covert Affairs" and "White Collar" (July 13).
