WEDDINGS

Jason Burns, a partner at UTA, and Lorrayne Mathias, a fashion designer, wed June 30 in a family-only ceremony in Pacific Palisades. The newlyweds will honeymoon in the Maldives during Christmas.

EXPECTING

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are expecting their second child.

Betsy Rudnick, vp at Falco Ink, and Justin Cutler welcomed daughters Ava Summer and Skylar Grace on July 29 at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, N.Y.

STORY: Fox Film Executive Phil Provenzale Dies at 61

DEATHS

Phil Provenzale, a veteran theatrical services executive at 20th Century Fox International, died Aug. 1 of cancer at City of Hope in Duarte, Calif. He was 61.

John Palmer, who served as the news anchor on Today and covered the White House during his 40-year NBC News career, died Aug. 3 at age 77.

Michael Ansara, who played Klingon villain Kang on three Star Trek television series, died July 31 at his home in Calabasas, Calif., from Alzheimer's. He was 91.
