The best actress nominee tells THR after months on the awards campaign trail, she's looking forward to relaxing: "I'm going to go the full schlob."

Cate Blanchett is hours away from learning if she can add an Oscar to her shelf of growing accolades she's received for Blue Jasmine.

But the best actress nominee, who won best female lead at the Independent Spirit Film Awards Saturday, tells The Hollywood Reporter she is looking forward to letting her hair down at the end of awards season.

"I don't think I'm going to brush my hair or wear clean clothes. Put deodorant on. I think I'm going to go the full schlob," she says of her Monday plans.

Blanchett says working on Woody Allen's Blue Jasmine reminded her of starting out in Australia, where film budgets are more akin to American indie films.

"It doesn't matter who's in it. It's the same fee. It's the same bunking. It's the same catering for everybody," she says of Allen's films. "I enjoy being in a blockbuster as much as the next person, but it's a wonderful homecoming for me because it's a filmmaking culture I relate to."

Blanchett also reveals she's got a spot for her awards in her home, but that she generally doesn't display accolades for long.

"I'm very, very proud that the performance has been recognized and the film has been recognized," she said. "I used to hide those things away. But I think I want to put them somewhere and be proud, and then scoop them away. You don't want to dwell on past successes, because you have to go and risk failure again for the next time.
