"Wild Hogs" coasted to another victory on the national video sales and rental charts for the week ending Aug. 26.

The Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment release remained at the top of the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart, outstripping its next closest competitor, Warner Home Video's "300," for the second consecutive week.

The suburbanites-turned-bikers flick also topped Home Media Magazine's rental chart for a second time. "Hogs" earned another $7.8 million in rental revenue for the week, bringing its total rental take to $17.8 million, or about 10% of its $168.2 million in theatrical earnings.

"Perfect Stranger," from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, was the only other new feature among the top 10 on the sales and rental charts. The thriller, starring Halle Berry and Bruce Willis, turned up at No. 3 on the sales chart and at No. 5 on the rental chart, with $5.3 million in rental revenue.

Two TV-DVD releases debuted among the top 10 sellers: Universal's "House: Season 3" and Paramount's "South Park: The Complete Tenth Season" bowed at Nos. 4 and No. 7, respectively.

On the high-definition disc front, "300" continued to top both the HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc sales charts, according to Nielsen VideoScan First Alert data, though newcomer "Stranger," only available on Blu-ray, managed a fourth-place finish on the Blu-ray chart.
