In case Opening Ceremony's epic one-act play, co-written by Spike Jonze and Jonah Hill, wasn't enough to rule New York Fashion Week, Jonze shot a surprise music video starring Elle Fanning, who also appeared in the star-studded play with Rashida Jones, Catherine Keener and John Cameron Mitchell, among others, at the Metropolitan Opera House last Sunday.

Before the show started, the Her director shot the nearly two-minute clip, featuring a goofy Fanning prancing around backstage at the Met, for "Ooo," the first track from Karen O's solo debut album, Crush Songs.

"During a 10-minute break as we were rehearsing and lighting at the Met, we made a very impromptu 'music video' for Karen in the spirit of her album," Jonze told Vice. "It just seemed like if you have the Opera House, that song and Elle Fanning together, you shouldn't let the opportunity go by. So we made this as a surprise gift for Karen to congratulate her on her album. She is going to see this for the first time as you do."

Karen O, who collaborated with Jonze on Her for the Oscar-nominated single "The Moon-Song," took to Twitter to share her excitement about the video.
