Cee Lo Green Postpones Las Vegas 'Loberace' Show
The "over-the-top" production was due to open Aug. 29 at Planet Hollywood, days before season three of "The Voice" kicks off.
Cee Lo Green's Las Vegas spectacular Loberace has been pushed back to 2013.
Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino made the announcement on July 18 (the show was due to kick off on August 29), citing The Voice's conflicting filming schedule. Green is one of four star coaches on the NBC singing competition.

With a name Inspired by the theatrics and costumes of Liberace, Loberace promised "mind-twisting magic and sexified showgirls" alongside the singer's flamboyant sense of style.
Said Green in a statement: “It's always been a dream of mine to be among the great music legends who have had a Las Vegas residency and I was very much looking forward to launching Loberace this year. But as we move into the third season of The Voice, with my dedicated commitment to the filming schedule and love for my role on the show, I will need to postpone the opening of ‘Loberace’ to early 2013. Most importantly, to all my fans who have already purchased tickets, please accept my sincerest apology and I hope you can still join me in Vegas next year, so I can properly and finally introduce you to my brainchild.”
