David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith's KatzSmith Productions is producing. The banner has several projects in development including the Beetlejuice sequel and It, based on Stephen King's classic novel.

Andrew Fischel is overseeing for the studio.

The sale comes just four months after Pucillo won the top prize at the Samuel Goldwyn Writing Awards for his script Inspector Sun and the Curse of the Black Widow. It was the first animated feature ever to take the top prize.

Rocco has worked in feature film production, VFX and animation for 10 years and turned his focus to writing only a few months ago. He's currently a second year student in UCLA's Screenwriting MFA program and is repped by WME, Caliber Media and Jackoway Tyerman.
