Warners TV unit taps Golihew
EmptyTammy Golihew has been named vp publicity at Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing, a newly created position that will see her working with several Warners divisions.
In her new role, Golihew will serve as second-in-command to Sharan Magnuson, senior vp worldwide publicity at Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing, in the Worldwide Television Publicity unit. She will complement Magnuson in providing business communications counsel to the Warner Bros. Television Group and its executives as well as its five production divisions: Warner Bros. Television, Warner Horizon Television, Telepictures Prods., Warner Bros. Animation and Studio 2.0.
Golihew also will spearhead publicity strategy for Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution, Warner Bros. Domestic Cable Distribution and Warner Bros. International Television and will serve as liaison to Warner Bros. Digital Distribution on publicity efforts related to the streaming and downloading of the studio's TV properties.
In addition, Golihew will work with Magnuson on communications efforts for the Worldwide Television Marketing unit.

Golihew has worked in entertainment publicity for more than a decade. She was vp entertainment at BNC Public Relations, overseeing the agency's TV, home entertainment and entertainment business practice. Before that, she was director of media relations at Sony Pictures Television.
