Fifth Harmony paid tribute to the late Christina Grimmie with a moment of silence at the WBLI Summer Jam in Wantagh, New York on Saturday night (June 11).
"Such a beautiful soul, such a beautiful talent, Fifth Harmony member Normani Kordei told the crowd. "From the moment that we met she was always nice to us. So humble. We love you and we are praying for your family. And we know you are smiling down from above. Let's all bow our heads down. Christina Grimmie.

On the same evening in Miami, Selena Gomez honored her slain friend onstage with a moving performance of Hillsong Worship's "Transfiguration."
Grimmie — a YouTube star who placed third on the sixth season of The Voice — was shot and killed by 27-year-old Kevin James Loibl at the Plaza Live on June 10 after her show opening for the band Before You Exit. Loibl was quickly tackled by Grimmie's brother Mark before shooting himself.
