THR's Guide to the Golden Globes

This year's Golden Globes, produced by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Dick Clark Productions, will broadcast live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel at 5 p.m. PT on NBC. 

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler return as co-hosts, marking the duo's third and final year emceeing the awards show.

Presenters include Amy Adams, Anna Faris, Salma Hayek, Kate Hudson, Kristen Wiig, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lily Tomlin, Robert Downey Jr., Ricky Gervais, Channing Tatum, Owen Wilson, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Beckinsale, Bryan Cranston, Jamie Dornan, Colin Firth, Jane Fonda, Harrison Ford, Bill Hader, Katherine Heigl, Dakota Johnson, Adam Levine, Jennifer Lopez, Matthew McConaughey, Seth Meyers, Lupita Nyong'o, Jeremy Renner, Meryl Streep, Lily Tomlin, Vince Vaughn, Kerry Washington, Oprah Winfrey, Don Cheadle, Colin Farrell, and Naomi Watts.

Miss Golden Globe Greer Grammer (daughter of actor Kelsey Grammer) will assist in handing out the statuettes to the announced winners, and George Clooney will receive the Cecil B. DeMille lifetime achievement award.

Leading the pack of competitive film contenders is the Michael Keaton starrer Birdman with seven nominations. Richard Linklater's Boyhood and Morten Tyldum's The Imitation Game are tied for second-most-nominated film with five apiece. Among the television nominees, FX's Fargo garnered the most nominations with five noms.
