Whitney Houston Funeral to Be Broadcast Live on Sirius XM Radio

The Heart & Soul channel will air the service for listeners as part of its tribute to the iconic singer.
The cable networks will have Whitney Houston’s funeral covered on Saturday with a slew of live broadcasts and now, radio listeners will be able to pay their respects as well.

SiriusXM announced Friday that Heart & Soul, home of the “Whitney Houston Tribute Channel,” will air the iconic performer’s funeral service live on Saturday beginning at noon ET. Following the broadcast, Heart & Soul will air a special tribute including Houston’s music and serve as a live forum for listeners. All are invited to call in and share their memories of the late singer at (866) 478-6262.

The Whitney Houston Tribute Channel, which can be found at channel 48 on SiriusXM, was launched on Feb. 12 featuring the many songs from Houston’s six-time Grammy Award-winning career.
Viewers can tune in to see the service in Newark, N.J., on BET, Bounce TV, CNN, E!, Fox News Channel, HLN and MSNBC.
