Snider, former co-head of Paradigm’s Nashville office, will head up the new division, which will also be based out of Nashville. The 20-year music industry veteran was co-owner of Third Coast Artists Agency, which was acquired by Paradigm in 2010.

Huffman and Rauter also joined Paradigm through its Third Coast acquisition. Huffman, an alumnus of Virginia’s conservative Liberty University, began his career as an agent in 1999 and has worked with top Christian artists including Caedmon's Call, Bebo Norman, Skillet and All Star United.

Rauter began his entertainment career as president of artist management company CommonRock Entertainment, where he represented Grammy and Dove Award-nominated bands like All Star United and Seven Day Jesus. He joined Third Coast as an agent in 2002.
