The undefeated super middleweight champion won a gold medal at the 2004 Olympics.

WME has signed professional boxer Andre Ward in all areas, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. He was previously with CAA.

The agency will focus its efforts particularly on commercial endorsement, film, television, book and broadcasting opportunities for the boxer, similar to what it has done for fellow Olympic medalist Ronda Rousey, who has become a UFC mixed martial arts star and will be featured in The Expendables 3, Fast & Furious 7 and the Entourage movie.

Ward, who already has TV experience providing expert commentary for HBO, won a gold medal in the 75-81 kilogram (light heavyweight) boxing category at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. The reigning WBA and The Ring magazine super middleweight champion has a 27-0 undefeated professional record and is ranked No. 2 pound-for-pound in the world, behind only Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Ward continues to be repped by attorney Damien Granderson.
