Zac Posen — red-carpet designer du jour, Brooks Brothers creative director and Project Runway judge — is taking his creative talent to the kitchen with a new cookbook set to launch in fall 2017. Aptly named Cooking With Zac, the Rodale-published book will contain recipes for Posen’s “rustic and refined” style of cuisine, which covers everything from barbecue favorites to quick, healthy meals — even a few French dishes inspired by his French partner, Christopher Niquet. The Olympian and World Cup champion joins a diverse group of women who have had limited-edition dolls crafted in their likeness, including Ava DuVernay and Zendaya. It’s been a big week for Barbie, following last week’s launch of curvy, tall and petite dolls. [TIME]

U.K.-based “ethical” retailer Rose & Willard made headlines recently after announcing that models on their shoots would be forced to eat on set or risk not getting paid. In a blog piece for the Huffington Post titled, "Our Models Will Have No Choice But to Eat," the brand's founder Heidy Rehman discusses the culture of "starving models" and what is being done in the industry to protect their health. Rehman believes that current restrictions on age or BMI are not enough to counteract the pressure to be thin. [Huffington Post]
