The ailing actress has lived in the home for 35 years, but her husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, has said he wants to downsize to save money.
Zsa Zsa Gabor's Bel Air mansion has been put on the market for $15 million, CNN reported.
The 6,400-square foot house, built in 1955, sits on more than an acre of land. It's described as a "Hollywood Regency-style mansion" with an expansive view of Los Angeles, Santa Monica and Catalina Island and is located on the exclusive Bel Air Road. (Music produced Quincy Jones is a neighbor.)
Gabor, who has been in and out of the hospital for several months, has lived in the house for 35 years ago. Ten years later, she married Prince Frederic von Anhalt, who has previously announced his desire to sell the property because of the high medical costs his 94-year-old wife is incurring (he said in-home nurses cost about $35,000 a month).
According to CNN, von Anhalt angered a neighbor -- with whom he was already feuding -- at one point over the years by placing two porcelain toilets on his lawn, facing the neighbor's house.
Von Anhalt says he wants to move to a condo on Wilshire Boulevard in West Los Angeles to be closer to UCLA Medical Center, where his wife has spent much of the past year.
Over the past year, Gabor has had hip replacement surgery and a leg amputation, among other health issues.
