First Golden Globes Promo With Co-Hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler Debuts (Video)
7:26 AM PST 12/13/2012 by Philiana Ng
The two "SNL" alums go classic Hollywood in the first promo before their act starts to get old ... fast.
It's a busy morning over at the Golden Globes.
After an early morning announcement revealing the nominations for the 70th annual awards ceremony, the first official commercial for co-hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler has hit the web -- and it's everything you'd think it'd be and more.
The 40-second spot shows the former Saturday Night Live mavens donning sparkly gold dresses and trying on their classic Hollywood hats, over-emphasizing the glamour of the star-studded awards show. "Talking like this will never get old!" exclaims Poehler in an old Hollywood accent before, well, it gets old.
The Golden Globes are set to take place Jan. 13 and will air live coast-to-coast on NBC.
