Savannah Film Festival to Honor Oliver Stone, Lily Tomlin, Ellen Barkin and James Marsden

The festival, which kicks off Oct. 29, will screen such films as "The Artist" and "A Dangerous Method."

Director Oliver Stone, actresses Lily Tomlin and Ellen Barkin and actor James Marsden will be honored at the 14th annual Savannah Film Festival, which will take place Oct. 29 to Nov. 5.

Hosted by the Savannah College of Art and Design, the fest will screen such movies as Michel HazanaviciusThe Artist, Roman Polanski’s Carnage, David Cronenberg’s A Dangerous Method, Sam Levinson’s Another Happy Day and Drake DoremusLike Crazy.

Other special guests confirmed to date include Universal Studios president Ron Meyer, Alec Baldwin, James Toback, Bill Pullman and Famke Janssen.

Other special screenings will include Mark and Jay DuplassJeff, Who Lives at Home, Ralph FiennesCoriolanus, Lynne Ramsay’s We Need to Talk about Kevin, Taika Waititi’s Boy, Famke Janssen’s Bringing Up Bobby, and Agnieszka Holland’s In Darkness.
