Zach Galifianakis Holds Emotional Chats With Oscar Nominees, Brawls With Bradley Cooper (Video)
The "Hangover" star hosted several nominees on his "Between Two Ferns" web series, not all of whom quite enjoyed the process.
As Oscar nominees continue their goodwill tours, subjecting themselves to endless question-and-answer sessions for voters and national audiences alike, things can get pretty stale. The same questions, the same stock answers, the same anecdotes, all on an endless loop. It takes a special interviewer to break that spin cycle -- and that interviewer is Zach Galifianakis.
In the second part of the new episode of his Funny or Die web series, Between Two Ferns, Galifianakis sits down with several stars, pulling out their deepest secrets in sessions just short of primal scream therapy -- a process that leads years of tension and frustration between Galifianakis and his Hangover co-star Bradley Cooper to finally erupt.
Also interviewed are Zero Dark Thirty's Jessica Chastain (with whom the host is unimpressed), Sally Field (not Jewish) and the guy who starred in the 80's sitcom Webster.
