AUSTIN -- Following up on 2006's "Neil Young: Heart of Gold" with the second film in an anticipated concert trilogy, Jonathan Demme returns with "Neil Young Trunk Show: Scenes from a Concert," an appreciably more visceral and spontaneous documentary.
