TV REVIEW: Promising Comedies 'Mr. Sunshine,' 'Mad Love' Have Great Casts, Dream Lead-Ins

Hopefully, the two new shows -- whose casts include Matthew Perry, Allison Janney, Sarah Chalke and Jason Biggs -- live up to the potential show in their pilots, writes Tim Goodman.

We can probably all agree there's a flaw in the system when it comes to reviewing broadcast network shows. While a majority of cable channels send out as many as three or four episodes for a series, about 90% of the time the networks send critics only the pilot.
