Among Florence's recent collaborations are the songs "Spectrum (Say My Name)" and "Sweet Nothing" with Calvin Harris. The former was the band’s first No. 1 single in the UK. Their 2008 hit, "Dog Days Are Over," used prominently in the 2010 movie Eat Pray Love, reached No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Next up on Welch's to-do list is the launch of a jewelry line called Flotique.
Welch is managed by Hannah Giannoulis and Mairead Nash at Luv Management. Internationally, Welch remains a client of CAA.
