'Hunger Games' Star Liam Hemsworth Takes Lead in 'Timeless'
The Relativity Media romantic drama will be directed by Phillip Noyce.

Liam Hemsworth has been cast as the lead in Relativity Media's romantic drama Timeless, which Salt director Phillip Noyce will helm. Bill Kelly (Enchanted) wrote the screenplay, which follows a man's efforts to develop a scientific breakthrough that will turn back time after his wife dies.

Sunil Perkash and Relativity CEO Ryan Kavanaugh are producing; Relativity co-president Tucker Tooley is an executive producer.
Repped by WME and ROAR, Hemsworth will next be seen in The Hunger Games in March and The Expendables 2 in August. He last appeared in the 2010 romantic drama The Last Song.

The UTA-repped Noyce most recently directed Salt and Catch a Fire.
The WME-repped Kelly also penned Premonition.
