ICM's film department is losing three agents.

A source confirms that the Century City talent agency has laid off a trio of film literary agents. Ava Jamshidi, Aaron Hart and Nick Harris are departing.

The move comes on the heels of the departure earlier this week of Hal Sadoff, who headed ICM's international and independent film group for seven years. (Sadoff was replaced by Jessica Lacy.)

Agency president Chris Silbermann is said to be making moves to streamline the organization in the wake of his recent assertion of power after a struggle with ICM investor Rizvi Traverse.
