Sarah Palin Movie Trailer for 'Undefeated' Hits the Web (Video)
The Stephen Bannon-directed film will be released July 15.
An official trailer for the upcoming Sarah Palin documentary The Undefeated has surfaced on the web.
THR's Paul Bond was on the scene at the doc's world premiere in Iowa recently and noted that the first 10 minutes of the film featured entertainers using vulgar language targeted at the former Alaskan governor. (For more details on the film's content, go here.)
"It makes you want to reach out to some of these folks and say, 'What's your problem?'," Palin told THR.
Directed by Stephen Bannon, Undefeated follows Palin's life and rise to priminence as the Republican vice presidential candidate in 2008. Bannon gained Palin's support following his Tea Party doc Generation Zero, which aired on Fox News.
But it's not the only Palin doc making the rounds.
British director Nick Broomfield's includes interviews with Palin's parents, friends and colleagues, including ex-legislative director John Bitney and ex-brother-in-law Mike Wooten and takes a more critical look at Palin. Broomfield isn't a stranger to the doc world; he has made several films centered on high-profile personalities, including Kurt Cobain and Tupac Shakur.
