Martha Stephens' Pilgrim Song will have its world premiere at the SXSW Film Festival in March. The drama will screen as one of the eight films in the narrative competition.
The Hollywood Reporter here exclusively previews the poster art for the film.
Timothy Morton, Bryan Marshall, Harrison Cole and Michael Abbott Jr. star in the story of a music teacher who sets out to hike Kentucky’s Sheltowee Trace Trail after he is laid off. Along the way, he gets pulled into a friendship with a father and son. Stephens wrote the script with Karrie Crouse, who also co-stars.
Stephens' first film, Passenger Pigeons, played at SXSW in 2010.
The festival runs March 9-17 in Austin, Texas.
