WHY HE MATTERS
Most stylists tend to work within their wheelhouse, be it Elizabeth Stewart’s brand of elegance or Ryan Hastings’ avant-garde. Wujek excels at styling for every stripe, from mass glam (Kim Kardashian) to edgy cool (Kate Mara) to outrageously pop (Katy Perry).

HIS NEW GET
Wujek styled this year’s over-the-top Kardashian-Jenner Christmas card picture by David LaChapelle, after which Kim K. hired him. “I look forward to more dress-up this year,” says Wujek, who also just started working with Disney star Bella Thorne, who appears in Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore‘s upcoming film Blended (out May 23).
HIS TOP LOOK
“Valentino reached out and said they wanted Perry to be the first to wear the new couture collection,” says Wujek. “I knew right away that the opera gown that opened the show was the one. Not only was it beautiful and romantic, it had a sense of humor,” says the Detroit native of the white tulle gown with black music notes detailing the skirt that the nominee wore to the Grammys (No. 39).
ULTIMATE STYLE ICON
John F. Kennedy Jr. (“Hashtag stud,” says Wujek.)
BEYOND THE RED CARPET
Wujek designs concert costumes for Perry and is launching the web series Stylist on Set, which will air on his site, JohnnyWujek.com: “I’ll be traveling the globe to help kids find their inner fashion voices,” he says.
