    film<br/><br/>Zeb Newman has booked a role in "Jolene," an indie film adaptation of the E.L. Doctorow short story "Jolene: A Life." Dan Ireland is directing. Newman stars as a young man who marries the title character and brings her home to live with his aunt and uncle. He later discovers that Jolene and his uncle are lovers. The cast includes Dermot Mulroney, Denise Richards, Donald Sutherland and Michael Vartan. Newman recently appeared in an episode of "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" and in a November sweep episode of "House," in which he played a patient and son of John Larroquette. Newman is repped by Peter Strain and Associates and Howard Green at Framework Entertainment.Read more
