A Few Minutes with Feinberg: Foreign Born Oscar Nominees

THR's awards analyst Scott Feinberg reveals that three out of four acting categories might be given to foreign born nominees. There are several nominees this year that were born outside of the United States, including Jacki Weaver (Australia), Christoph Waltz (Austria), Naomi Watts (England), Emmanuelle Riva (France) and Michael Haneke (Germany).
