The Actresses: Sally Field on Fighting to Get 'Lincoln'

Lincoln's Sally Field opens up about wanting to star opposite Daniel Day-Lewis in Steven Spielberg's biopic of the president. On her audtion process, Field shared, "Daniel out of the graciousness of his heart flew out from Ireland and I tested with him and we did some bizarre improve; but I became Mary and he became Mr. Lincoln! It became one of the most bizarre improvs of time for about an hour!"
