Writer, actor and co-executive producer B.J. Novak of The Office teases the upcoming love triangle that his character Ryan will have to deal with on the NBC comedy. He also weighs in on Steve Carell not receiving an Emmy for his role as Michael Scott.

Novak and his Office castmates have been nominated for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a comedy series for the past six years. They won the award in 2007 and 2008.
