Waiting in the red room for the big reveal was stressful enough, but for Candice Glover, who auditioned for the show three times, the anticipation was killing her. "When [Ryan Seacrest] said 'she has auditioned three times,' three of us in that room auditioned three times! I was like 'is it me?'" she recalls. "I said a little prayer." Thankfully, the show didn't torture her too much, as Glover, who brought down the house with a powerful victory song of "I'm Going Down" by Rose Royce, was the second name called to the stools.
