From guerrilla filmmaking to not wearing makeup on the set, Paula Patton, Jason Bateman and Frank Grillo praise their Disconnect director Henry Alex Rubin. "What is good about him is he is very, very human -- no sort of cliché director sort of veneer that he walks around with," Bateman says. "So it is nice to have someone that is very human and raw and open and vulnerable and participating and being one of us."
