The Cast and Crew of 'What Maisie Knew'

Directors David Siegel and Scott McGehee along with star Alexander Skarsgard praise their young co-star Onata Aprile from the Toronto International Film Festival. On what intrigued the directors to make a film based on a script from Nancy Doyne and Carroll Cartwright, David added, "What sparked us was possibly trying to tell a story from a child's perspective, we thought that might be interesting to depict the experience or try to convey the experience without it being a child's movie."
