The 'Deliverance' Cast Praises Director John Boorman

 

On the 40th anniversay of Deliverance cast members Burt Reynolds, Ronny Cox, Jon Voight, and Ned Beatty recall making the movie.  Ronny Cox added, "That was the thing that John Boorman had he had such a vision and it was almost shot like a guerrilla film or documentary and was so tight and well organized. This film came in under budget and and a couple of days under schedule, just because at the genius in my estimation of John Boorman."
