Director Leslye Headland shares what she what she was able to learn from being Harvey Weinstein's assistant and apply it to her first feature film.
She added, "Number one film making is a completely collaborative process, there isn't one person that isn't in charge of the movie. Even when you are the director or producer or what ever it is, like ultimately what you create is a combination of hundreds and hundreds of people and all of those people believe in something in the script whether it is a line or a scene."
