Mad Men star January Jones on the direction of her character Betty in the upcoming season.

When asked if she felt compelled to defend her charcter she added, "She has grown and become comfortable with her emotions and expressing them. She has become a darker character and a more unlikeable character for the audience I guess, so yeah I'm attached to her. I don't agree with a lot of the things she does, but I do feel like I should defend her."
