The Django Unchained and Scandal star praises showrunner Shonda Rhimes, saying, "She is such an inspiration to me. She just blows me away the way she is able to juggle and manage. The other morning I got an email from her that was this profoundly detailed email about my character and about the show, and at the bottom is said, 'Please excuse my typos, I'm holding a baby in one hand, typing with the other.' I was like, 'OK, she is just a superhero.'"
