VMA host Kevin Hart shares how he is planning on preventing Kanye West from another on stage outburst.

 "Me and Kanye have a very good relationship. He is my friend, he has been my friend for sometime now. So we already had a talk, I told him this is my event, I don't need you showing out and messing things up on my day" said the comedian.
